Habit Empire is built to be private by default. We don’t require an account, we don’t run ads or trackers, and your habits and game progress stay on your own device — we never collect or transmit them to us.
Information we collect
None that identifies you. Habit Empire works entirely on your device. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, or any account credentials, and we have no servers that receive your personal information.
Your game data
Everything you create in the game — your habits, streaks, buildings, materials, and settings — is stored locally on your device (in your browser’s local storage on the web, or in the app’s on-device storage on mobile). This data never leaves your device through us and is not shared with anyone.
Notifications (mobile app)
With your permission, the mobile app can schedule local reminder notifications to help you keep your habits. These reminders are generated and scheduled entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to us or to any third party. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Third-party services
We keep third-party dependencies to a minimum. The web version loads the “Fredoka” font from Google Fonts; when it does, Google’s servers may receive your IP address and standard request information, as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not use advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking SDKs.
Children’s privacy
Habit Empire is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because no personal data is collected, the game does not build profiles or target content based on a player’s identity.
Deleting your data
Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in control of it. You can remove it by resetting the game from its settings, clearing your browser’s site data (web), or uninstalling the app (mobile).
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised version at this page.
